Toupydoops is our blue-skinned, antennae-clad protagonist. The star of his own comic strip back in college (but honestly, who wasn't?), Toupy has moved to Hollywood with hopes of parlaying his experience into a career as a comic book character. Clumsy and self-deprecating, Toupy makes his way through life in LA, trying to find a place where he truly belongs. Toupy is a romantic, a dreamer, and sometimes, an old-school rapper by the name of "DJ Toupy D". In a land of stars, Toupydoops is just a dim bulb trying to outshine them all.
