LOS ANGELES – Today independent comic book publisher Lobrau Productions announced a ongoing partnership with to offer e-versions of its critically acclaimed title Toupydoops, causing outbursts of unbridled joy from trees everywhere.

Touting itself as “the iTunes of comics,” DriveThruComics currently offers the first three issues of Toupydoops in a high-quality, downloadable e-book format. Each issue is priced at $1.99, nearly 50% off the normal cover price of $3.50.

“We’re excited about the opportunities and services that DriveThruComics are pioneering,” said Toupydoops writer/artist Kevin McShane. “This partnership ensures Toupydoops will be available to the widest possible audience, along with lessening the screams of dying trees I hear when I try to go to sleep,” he added.
